How precise a real-estate alert gets
Real estate is the section where a vague alert is useless, so adbuzz gives you the whole field set. Pick the section first — flats, houses and summer residences, or offices — and the deal type, because buying and renting are separate alerts and a rental one never fills up with sales. Then narrow it down: region, city and district; number of rooms; area in square metres; the floor and how many floors the building has; whether there is a lift; the building series — 602., 103., Lithuanian project, pre-war, new project — the house type and the amenities. A two-room flat in Purvciems under €120,000, not on the first floor, with a lift, is one alert.
